Congdon Park teacher wins first Goldfine award
Congdon Park Elementary School teacher Debbie Sauer helped develop test standards for the Minnesota Department of Education, was the first teacher in the Duluth school district to be nationally board-certified, and acted as former president for the Arrowhead Reading Council.
