Thursday's weather for Duluth and the Northland: Staying cool

As spring marches on through March we’ll still be colder than average. The jet stream isn't doing us any favors as it stays south for the next week. We’re up to 25 today with partly cloudy skies and northwest winds near 5-10 mph as high pressure dominates from the north.
