Public hearing set for Northern Lights Express project

A public hearing and open house to discuss the proposed Northern Lights Express high-speed passenger rail service from the Twin Ports to the Twin Cities is set for April 4 from 6-8 p.m. at the Cambridge Armed Forces Reserve Community Center.
