Police: Driver flees after car flips in downtown Duluth

A car that flipped upside down on Superior Street created quite a scene Wednesday afternoon in downtown Duluth, and the accident aftermath has created a mystery for the Duluth Police Department as the driver apparently fled the accident scene.
