Grand Rapids’ Bischoff wins award as state’s top senior defenseman

Jake Bischoff, with his offensive style of play from the blue line, is cut in the mold of former Minnesota Gophers and Detroit Red Wings defenseman Reed Larson. So perhaps it’s not much of a surprise that the Grand Rapids senior was named winner of the inaugural Reed Larson Award on Tuesday.
