Sex offender will return to prison after plea agreement dispute settled

A longtime client of the Minnesota Sex Offender Program in Moose Lake will be sent back to prison, as soon as a disagreement between prosecuting and defense attorneys about his plea agreement is settled by a State District Court judge in Carlton County.
