Reader's view: GOP rep had no qualms about raiding IRRRB fund

The money the Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation Board “doles out” is money paid by mining instead of property taxes. This money should be spent in those areas where the property taxes would have been paid. Who better to decide where it should be spent than the politicians from that area?
