Former Minnesota Power official says panic attack caused her to flee before sentencing

A former Minnesota Power official who failed to show up for sentencing in Duluth last week on charges of theft of corporate property and was arrested Wednesday in Pine County said this morning in court that she fled after having a panic attack on the courthouse steps.
