Court denies Duluth request for review of Fond-du-Luth Casino decision

The city wanted the Eight Circuit appeals court to revisit a decision Jan. 14 that reversed a lower court’s decision requiring the band to pay the city an estimated $12.4 million in casino revenue back payments.
