Proposed Minnesota copper mine reports progress on environmental issues

PolyMet Mining Co. said the advancements will reduce environmental impacts of the project, help ready its long-delayed draft Environmental Impact Statement for release this coming summer and should help move the project along through permitting and toward construction.
