Tax exemptions scrutinized in Duluth lawmaker's bill

Legislation sponsored by Rep. Roger Reinert that would create a review panel to scrutinize more than 300 tax exemptions in Minnesota sales and income tax laws passed the Senate Tax Reform Division on Wednesday.
