Other view: Give Dayton credit for common-sense budget
Last month Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton unveiled a biennial state budget proposal like nothing this state has seen in decades: lower tax rates, higher tax rates, new tax rates, more spending, less spending, new spending. His ideas have some special interests screaming and others singing.
