MORNING UPDATE: Last Place on Earth owner says if he's forced out of downtown Duluth, he'll relocate

The owner of the Last Place on Earth head shop said he’s prepared to move operations elsewhere if the city’s nuisance complaint forces the store to vacate its downtown Duluth location.
