Plein-air artists capture the season while experiencing the weather

About 30 painters and photographers from Duluth, the Twin Cities and Grand Marais are outside capturing the snow- and ice-laden scenery this week as part of the Grand Marais Art Colony’s fourth annual Winter Arts Festival, which also includes snow carving around the region.
