College track and field: UWS freshman McGee sets marks

Wisconsin-Superior freshman Kenny McGee of Anaheim, Calif., broke a pair of school records Saturday in the Warren Bowlus Open indoor meet at Menomonie, Wis. McGee won the long jump with a leap of 23 feet, 6¼ inches, a mark that ranks fourth in NCAA Division III. He also captured the triple jump with a 47-0¼ leap that ranks ninth in the country.
