Winter storm watch issued for areas north, west of Duluth

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for much of the Northland - areas north and west of the Twin Ports - from this afternoon through Tuesday afternoon. Snowfall of 5 to 7 inches is possible in the watch area, with locally higher amounts possible.
