Rep. Ney pleads guilty in lobbying scandal

WASHINGTON (AP) - Rep. Bob Ney, with his guilty plea Friday in an influence-peddling case, is on his way to becoming the fourth House member this session to be forced from office because of legal or ethical problems. It's a dubious distinction that hasn't been matched for a quarter-century.
