Snow angels for a cause

Two local clubs are asking you to swing your arms and legs in some H2O in February, but you won’t be swimming in the liquid kind. You’ll be making snow angels in the Duluth frozen stuff to help those in Ethiopia make their liquid H2O more sanitary.
