Local view: Quit debating and do something to protect our kids

According to the National Institute of Mental Health, about 1 percent of people 18 and older have antisocial personality disorder, or APD. They have no concern for the laws of society. They have no concern for the rights or feelings of others. They act impulsively. And they can make and carry out a plan to kill as many students and teachers as possible in a school.
