Our view: Annexation peace could benefit all of Northland

Midway Township, Proctor and Duluth all have a serious stake in the inevitable commercial development of the Interstate 35 corridor. So why haven’t they been working better together toward the common goal of driving development in tasteful, productive ways before the development drives them?
