Best Bets: Charlie Parr to play album-release show

Charlie Parr’s new album, “Barnswallow,” his 11th studio album, is a mix of eight original tracks and two traditional folk and blues songs recorded at the Winona Arts Center in Winona, Minn. Expect to hear something similar to Parr’s older recordings.
