Cold weather could make St. Louis County homeless count difficult

It’s a Catch-22 for homeless people in St. Louis County. If they’re lucky enough, they’ll avoid the frigid temperatures this week by finding shelter. But that may mean being missed by the annual homeless count done by county officials that’s needed to receive funding to provide services to the community’s most needy.
