Reader's view: Time for city to take off gloves over casino

TRegarding the broken Fond-du-Luth contract (“Appeals court reverses city’s $12 (million) victory,” Jan. 15), it is beyond belief the arrogance with which tribal chairwoman Karen Diver speaks of breaking the city of Duluth contract. A casino was allowed in the city for the mutual benefit of both the band and the city.
