Our view: Update sign code, but not at cost of doing biz

But some of the recommendations for updating Duluth's sign ordinance simply go too far, threatening to harm our ability to attract new businesses and fueling — once again, unfortunately — our reputation, fair or not, for being a difficult place to do business.
