Wednesday's weather for Duluth and the Northland: Snow chances on and off

Expect a half-inch to an inch and a half of new snow as a brief low-pressure system to our north pushes east. Most of the snow should be out of the region by 9 a.m. as northwest winds at 5-15 mph kick in. Highs should reach 20 with mostly cloudy skies.
