Thursday's weather for Duluth and the Northland: Warmer days and a bit of sun

We’ll have some peeks of sunshine this afternoon as a low-pressure system pushes east, giving us westerly winds at 5-15 mph. Highs will be about 14. There’s a 40 percent chance of some lake-effect snow showers for the Upper Peninsula.
