Unity High School students team up for blankets

The 62 students of the Duluth school district’s Unity High School did more of what they’ve been doing all year on Friday: giving of themselves as a way to grow together. After running a blanket drive, students spent part of the day making tie-blankets to deliver to CHUM, “adopted families” and Essentia Health St. Mary’s Medical Center. Students made 120 pies for Union Gospel Mission for Thanksgiving and have done other service projects this year.
