Faces & Names: County attorneys honor Rubin

St. Louis County Attorney Mark Rubin went beyond the call of duty last December by driving to Grand Marais and volunteering his legal assistance to local authorities the day after Cook County Attorney Tim Scannell was shot and seriously wounded by a sex offender he had just prosecuted.
