Do it: Feed the birds

With bears mostly tucked away in their dens now, it’s a good time to get serious about bird feeding. Having one or more feeders near your home is a good way to learn bird identification. And it’s just plain fun to watch them come and go. For a complete smorgasbird (heh, heh) of offerings, consider feeders for sunflower seeds, thistle seed and suet.
