Duluth council could act on Joshua Avenue proposal next week

People who want to weigh in on a proposal to extend Joshua Avenue so it connects Arrowhead Road with Miller Trunk Highway will want to mark their calendars for Monday, Dec. 3. That’s when Duluth City Council President Dan Hartman expects to see action on a resolution that would authorize the city to invest in detailed plans for the long-debated project.
