Green Building Council to hold social in Duluth

The Minnesota Northeast Branch of the U.S. Green Building Council, a committee interested in promoting green building practices, will hold its second annual social event Dec. 4 from 4:30 to 7:30 in the Zeitgeist Café atrium.
