Contested omnibus set in Cloquet woman’s vehicular homicide case

The lawyer for a Cloquet woman charged with causing a fatal accident on her way home from a methadone clinic brought up the issue of her Miranda rights during a routine omnibus hearing Wednesday in Carlton County Court.
