Duluth NAACP asks that Obama effigy be prosecuted as terroristic threat

Claudie Washington, representing the Duluth chapter of the NAACP, called the effigy of President Obama with a noose around its neck a “terroristic threat,” and he called on law enforcement authorities to prosecute the crime as such.
