Eh? New York mayor gives Duluth mayor $25,000

New York Mayor and millionaire Michael Bloomberg has given Duluth Mayor Don Ness $25,000 to promote volunteerism, part of $1 million in grants Bloomberg is giving out to 18 cities nationwide.
