Alleged Duluth police assault prompts American Indian rally

A group of about 50 American Indians gathered at the Duluth Civic Center on Monday to protest the alleged assault of Anthony Jon Jackson, the Duluth man a surveillance video showed being punched several times by Duluth police officer Richard Jouppi.
