Two Twin Cities-area teens in custody after high-speed chase through Ely

An 18-year-old Oakdale, Minn., man and a 16-year-old St. Paul girl are in custody today after a high-speed chase through Ely on Wednesday night that ended in a crash along the Fernberg Trail.
