Minnesota GOP senators say Ritchie campaigns against voter ID amendment

Two Republican state senators allege in a complaint filed Thursday that Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie uses state money to campaign against a proposed constitutional amendment that would require voters to show photographic identification.
