Reader's view: Cravaack has a workable plan for education

The ability to pay for school is on the minds of students and parents everywhere. Without financial aid, many students would not be able to afford college. The problem is that when colleges know that the government will continue to foot the ever-increasing bill for students to attend, they continue to raise tuition and other costs.
