Duluth police officer accused of assaulting man in wheelchair (with video)

The Duluth Police Department will request assault charges be brought against one of its own officers for striking an intoxicated man in a wheelchair multiple times last Friday at the Duluth Detoxification Center after the man first struck the officer.
