Local view: 160 million everyday people the real job creators

Whenever I hear about this or that tax or a regulatory proposal that would unfairly penalize the most productive members of society — and I’ve heard it a lot lately — I have to wonder when and why we began equating wealth with productivity. By that measure, folks like Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen are among our most productive citizens.
