100-year-old Northland flood survivor takes loss of home in stride

Hazel Lafler knows she won't ever again live in her home of 50 years, which was destroyed in last month's flood. But the former Hunter Lake resident says she accepts what can't be undone: "It’s like spilling milk: you can’t pick it up.”
