Charges: Minnesota man said he tried to infect police officers with hepatitis

A Fergus Falls man allegedly tried to shake his blood onto police, threatened to kill one of the officers and said his blood shaking was an attempt to infect them with hepatitis, according to court records filed earlier this month with the Otter Tail County Court.
