New disc golf course proposed for Lincoln Park

Dave Markman, a seasonal worker for Duluth Parks and Recreation, is helping lead the effort to create the city’s next disc golf course — a nine-hole course in Lincoln Park. The proposed course is the topic of a public meeting Wednesday.
