Romney takes Wisconsin, Maryland, DC

MILWAUKEE — Mitt Romney tightened his grip on the Republican presidential nomination Tuesday night, sweeping primaries in Wisconsin, Maryland and Washington D.C., with time left over to swap charges with President Obama.
