Teen in Woodland Avenue crash moved to rehab center

Edward Everett Bergren, the 13-year-old boy critically injured in the Woodland Avenue vehicle crash that killed his grandmother last month, was moved to Essentia Health-Polinsky Medical Rehabilitation Center on Monday.
