Duluth’s Lakewalk celebrated with its own festival

Much to the excitement of residents and visitors, Duluth’s Lakewalk continues to expand. Now, those districts that are linked by the waterfront trail are teaming up to share in celebrating the second annual Duluth Lakewalk Festival Sept. 10-11.
