First impressions of … BTO minus the ‘Overdrive’
On Sept. 7, BTO principals Randy Bachman and C.F. (Fred) Turner will release “Bachman & Turner,” and Budgeteer editor Matthew R. Perrine was first in line to take the comeback disc for a test drive.
