Chris - you are wrong e-bay doesn't care if bids are bogus or not and by the feedback on most of the bids they are for real: stupid, way too high uit they are real. Mark- I agree with you totally but the law is the law

i feel for the owner. I wonder when they start confiscating a vehicle for talking on a cell phone. Im sure thier causing more accidents than dui's now, penalties should be as stiff too. Wonder if any MAD's drive and talk.
