I wonder if police checked to see if she was on a cell phone. People just can't drive and talk on the cell.

Mike B this is not the first run in she has had because of drugs... does she have to kill someone before you think that she should be taken off the streets?

I hope Child Services has already taken custody of the two children involved and this time she goes away to jail. No different than other drugs or alcohol - should be zero tolerance. The "friend" should also face charges as it appears she was "driving" the car at times.

I agree with Mike B This person needs help. And hopefully she gets it. This individual is a good person. A really good person. She has an addiction, Which should never be overlooked. we as people should be aware. that people like this need our help. As a society we shouldnt condemn and everyone should open there eyes. Instead of looking through shut eyelids and seeing only what they want to see. What I didnt mention is I know this person. And wish her well.

She can get all the help and support she needs from a correctional institute. Paid back by herself, not tax payers. Next time , she can go to prison.
