I am in no way saying that her decision to get high while driving was a good one. People make mistakes and don't think while under the influence of drugs or alcohol...right? or wait....maybe they do....I must be stupid though to say something like "be more considerate"....right? What if this was your daughter or someone your care for? would you take a look into the problem a little further? I think so.... Ofcouse this was wrong and she should be punished for what she has done, or could've done. Relax people....Don't we all make mistakes? I hope she learns from this one, just like you perfect people must have learned from all of yours!

Beau G. . . are you serious? You ask us have some consideration? She was huffing while driving and proceeded to pass out behind the wheel. If she had one ounce of consideration in her - she wouldn't have driven a car while getting high. . . putting innocent lives in danger. It was a selfish choice! Whether she has issues or not, that does not give her the right to potentially harm the lives of innocent people by getting behind the wheel of a car while getting high!!

Beau G.: are you kidding, ..."a great girl', she could have killed someone. She was driving a car. If she were have made the choice to do this in her own home and die that would have been different but she made the choice to go out and drive making her no better/different then a drunk driver or some one with a loaded gun... She may very well have issues and need some help but she didn't have to hit another car and a bus. that is someone's sorce of income... Your crack about them needing new siding is not in any way funny. She is a danger and I hope she is treated just like any one else that would have been driving drunk or while using any drug... she got lucky this time and no one else was killed... That poor 16 yr old that she hit will always have some fear now do to her actions...

I grew up with her, she's a great person! She, along with everybody else, has some things that need to be worked out. Geez people, be a little more considerate. I'm sure the bakery she hit needed new siding anyways. LOL

People have been sniffing glue .. "huffing" .. etc etc for 40 + years .. ever since I can remember .. doing it while driving .. even dumber than just doing it at all .. however .. being self rightous and believing one is so much better than others (especially just because their bank account is larger) .. is a different type of crime .. one which some will pay for in end.

That's right "Nope N", though I don't know how you found out that to become a member of West Duluth, you had to go through an induction ceremony of learning how to huff items from a canister. I thought it was our little secret. Well, got to go, on my 3rd can of purple day-glo spray paint today Huff huff...Also Aaron, I grew up in this community. No one had low expectations for me. However, you can see that my sarcasm has grown in leaps and bounds from expections of those of you from "da Twin Cities".
