Let me guess if she is ordered Treatment, the tax payers will have to pay for it !!!!! Time and time again people like this get away with a slap because of the sob story " They have a problem " " They need help " , what they need is to be locked up so they are not out endangering other people that they repeatedly do. What if there was a little kid, or any person on that side walk, or the person in the car next to them got hurt. I don't give a rat about her, just a good thing no one got hurt .

I always find it hilarious when people slip their own little irrelevant prejudices into their comments here. WalMart, Democrats, Duluth, West Duluth...and on and on. Come on people. Everyone that isn't huffing, try to stay on track, please? I have no doubt that she's a good person that's just making bad choices. The thing about bad choices is, we are supposed to learn from the consequences. Hopefully, the consequences of her bad choice will be severe enough to actually get her attention this time.

I do have to ask, if your friend's already downed 2 cans, is on their way to buy more and is working on a 3rd while going to buy more, who's stupid enough to get in a car with them??? After the FIRST loss of consiousness I would have asked to be let out right there on the street (or hopped out once they slowed for a light or stopsign!!). ALso, MikeB pot isn't addictive. It's funny how they always stereotype someone who smokes pot as one of those people with munchies and sitting on a couch in their mom's basement. You'd be surprised just how many higher ups, city do-gooders and normally functioning members of society actually take a toke now and then on their leisure time.

Why does the DNT have pictures of this very stupid young girl? She obiviously has a major problem. Why not show pic's of her stupid friend who let her drive. Too bad she's not wearing a Packers sweatshirt, then it would make a litle more sense.

I pray they get help for this girl before someone really gets hurt; she was lucky this time and has been given a second chance to right her wrong, but many aren't as lucky; everyone makes mistakes, so lets hope she learned from hers and gets herself cleaned up.
